Employee Achievement Awards
Our Employee Achievement Award is a fantastic way of rewarding our colleagues who go above and beyond the call of duty.
This Award is issued quarterly, if nominees meet the criteria, and consists of both a financial reward and recognition in our internal newsletter and social media network. The winners of the Employee Achievement Award are automatically nominated for the Employee(s) of the Year Award.
Long Service Award
ICTS is known for its family atmosphere and we are proud that so many employees have chosen to stay with ICTS for many years and develop their careers with us.
Many, having started out as Security Officers, have risen through the ranks to hold Senior Managerial positions. To thank them for their commitment and loyalty, our long-serving colleagues receive a financial reward and are recognised in our internal newsletter and social media network.
