Cycle To Work Scheme

was introduced by the Government to encourage more people to commute to and from work by bike, enabling people to make healthier choices and reducing the UK’s carbon footprint.

Staff Recognition Schemes

ICTS places great importance on the recognition and encouragement of deserving employees. All employees are therefore invited to propose nominations to highlight their colleagues’ achievements through our Employee Recognition Schemes outlined below:

-Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year scheme.

-The Customer Service Star Scheme.

-Safety Culture Award.

All ICTS employees will be eligible to be nominated for the Awards.

The Employee of the Quarter and the Safety Culture Awards will consist of both financial reward and public recognition for their efforts. The winners of the Employee of the Quarter Award will automatically be nominated for the Employee of the Year Award.
