Many congratulations to ICTS Security Officer, Tuyangalala Ngombo (known as Ngombo), who was crowned 2026 ACS Pacesetters Security Officer of Distinction at the Awards ceremony on 20 May in Windsor.
The ACS Pacesetters Security Officer of Distinction Awards recognise front-line security personnel who have gone above and beyond in their duties, delivering outstanding service to both their employer and client.
Ngombo, who is a member of our Security Team at United College Group (UCG) in London was nominated for the manner in which he responded to a serious incident. With remarkable composure and decisiveness, Ngombo intervened to protect the College community. His swift actions prevented what could have resulted in a far more serious incident.
