Many congratulations to Shani Baldwin who has won the 2023 SIA ACS Pacesetters Security Officer of Distinction Award.
Shani is a Mobile Security Officer who is based at Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust – one of the large NHS establishments ICTS provides security to.
Shani joined ICTS approximately 22 months ago, and in that time has distinguished herself as a superb Officer in many ways. Her quick thinking and intervention have defused numerous harrowing situations usually involving mental health patients. Shani’s skill, care and exemplary professionalism are qualities that Officers across our industry aspire to. At just 21 years of age, Shani shows maturity and strength of character beyond her years.
We are delighted to celebrate Shani’s achievement and thank her for her contribution to ICTS and the wider community in which we operate.
