Training and on-going professional development
ICTS develops professional careers within the security industry rather than simply providing a basic guarding service. To this end, ICTS delivers a wide range of training programmes for our own personnel and our clients.
In addition to developing many of our own specialised training programmes, setting new industry benchmarks, all standard ICTS training programmes are compliant with relevant industry regulatory bodies.
ICTS is an approved training centre for the Civil Aviation Authority, NOCN and provides DfT X-ray screener testing. Most of our Managers hold Chartered Management Institute qualifications. ICTS is partnered with the Institute of Customer Service for the delivery of advanced professional training programmes.
The delivery of quality customer service is central to our service offering. ICTS is a member of the Institute of Customer Service, which plays a vital role in shaping our customer service agenda and keeping personnel up-to-date with leading practices, trends and industry best practice standards.
Specialist Anti-Terrorism Awareness Programmes
ICTS personnel have access to training material including the ‘Eyes Wide Open’ and ‘Operation Fairway’ and ‘Actions Counter Terrorism’ programmes.
