Training and on-going professional development

ICTS develop professional careers within the security industry rather than simply providing a basic guarding service. To this end, ICTS delivers a wide range of training programmes for our own personnel and our clients.

In addition to developing many of our own specialised training programmes, setting new industry benchmarks , all standard ICTS training programmes are compliant with relevant industry regulatory bodies.

ICTS is an approved training centre for Edexcel, NOCN and is a DfT X-ray screener testing as well as being partnered with the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Customer Service for the delivery of advanced professional training programmes. 

The delivery of quality customer service is central to our service offering. ICTS is a member of the Institute of Customer Service, which plays a vital role in shaping our customer service agenda and keeping personnel up-to-date with leading practices, trends and industry best practice standards.
