ECHO Connected technology cuts time to reach the Emergency Services
ASM, ICTS UK & Ireland’s Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), has been certified to use the ECHO Connected technology which facilitates the transmission of alarm signalling and messaging between ARCs and the Police.
“The ECHO Connected technology efficiently works with our ARC’s monitoring platform. Instead of our personnel having to dial out to the Emergency Services, the ECHO Connected technology requires only a click of a button for the Police to informed of alarms and incidents requiring their attention.
ECHO Connected currently links our ASM ARC with two large Police Forces: the Metropolitan and Essex Police. We look forward to working with other Police Forces in the future as the technology is rolled out” said Curtis Wright, Head of Electronic Security and Monitoring Services, ICTS UK & Ireland.
