ICTS UK has been re-awarded the contract for the provision of screening of hold baggage at Shannon Airport, a contract the Company has retained since 2003.

We were involved in the development of the very first HBS systems in 1995 in Scotland and have since been operational at a number of airports: Dublin, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Belfast and many others across the UK and mainland Europe. Bespoke training programmes supported by robust operational and customer service procedures, make us specialists in the field of HBS” said Stuart Geer, Head of Operations, Aviation and National Contracts, ICTS UK & Ireland.
In addition to the HBS contract, ICTS has been providing ‘bundled’ services to Shannon Airport since 2007, including the management of left luggage, lost property, internal post delivery as well as customer services for the US Customs Border Protection. In January 2014, ICTS was also awarded the contract for the provision of customer services to Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM).
