SIA LICENSING

As a Company that has a long-standing commitment to quality and service standards, ICTS welcomes the SIA licensing initiative. We see the long term benefits of setting new standards for security personnel that will be enjoyed by the entire industry. This, we believe, will result in better quality of staff and higher levels of motivation thanks to real career opportunities.

In the short term, ICTS anticipate a period of shortage in the availability of licensed staff within the sector. For this reason, ICTS has carried out extensive work during the past years to ensure that all the personnel we currently employ meet the licensing criteria.

It is important to note that investment in the retention of our staff is not an initiative we have undertaken in response to the SIA licensing - ICTS has been doing this for many years! ICTS' approach is detailed in our published Staff Retention Policy which ICTS introduced in 1999.

ICTS' Human Resources and Training Departments are now equipped and certified to operate in full compliance with SIA regulations.

ICTS are proud to be one of the first security service providers to achieve SIA Approved Contractor status.
