ICTS-GIS: DRUG DETECTION SERVICES SUPPORTING POLICE OPERATIONS
ICTS-GIS offer clients a range of complementary canine (sniffer dog) detection services. Our expertise can help you to ensure that your assets and premises are secured against drug or explosives infiltration. ICTS also offers the delivery of a valuable K9 resource directly in support of Police operations.
Our dogs and handlers (Search Advisors) are trained and certified to the highest standards having attended, trained and passed out at Home Office NASDU and ACPO recognised Police Dog Regional Training Schools. Furthermore, all of our Search Advisors are CRB cleared to enhanced level for working in schools, colleges and universities and are managed by licensed former Police Dog Section personnel. All of our services are delivered to ACPO standards and terms of reference.

ICTS offers a proactive sniffer dog solution to counter drug activity in and around airports, licensed premises, at events, in business premises, schools and universities, working with clients to create safer environments.
The deployment of sniffer dogs trained in the detection of drugs, currency and explosives both proactive (buildings, areas and vehicles) and passive (for screening of people) offers clients a high profile solution to drug and narcotics misuse. We work in partnership with Drug Action Teams, Town Centre Safety Managers, HR Departments and Police Authorities.
In response to the ever increasing threat from terrorists, ICTS provides traditional explosive/bomb search services through the deployment of highly trained search advisors aided by bomb detection dogs. This type of deployment is a tried, trusted and proven method of locating explosives in a wide range of environments, from vehicle screening to systematic building searches.
Search teams with sniffer dogs capable of detecting explosives, narcotics and currency are available as a complementary measure to existing security services, providing a high profile deterrent and delivering reassurance to staff, visitors, customers and the general public operating in shopping malls, sporting venues, iconic targets and transport hubs.
